All items are made to order and produced by trusted global manufacturing partners. Each product is printed, packaged, and shipped specifically for your order to reduce waste and ensure quality.


How long does production take?

Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. During high-volume periods, production times may extend slightly.


How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. orders: 5–10 business days after production

  • International orders: 10–20 business days after production

Tracking information is provided once your order ships.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Because items are made to order, we’re unable to change or cancel orders once production has started. Please double-check sizing, color, and shipping details before completing your purchase.


How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide to help you find the best fit. We recommend comparing the measurements to a similar item you already own.

If you’re between sizes, sizing up is usually the safer option.


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer’s remorse.

Exceptions are made for:

  • Damaged items

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect items received


How do I care for my apparel?

To extend the life of your garment:

  • Wash inside out in cold water

  • Use mild detergent

  • Avoid bleach

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry

  • Do not iron directly on printed areas


Will colors look exactly the same as on screen?

We do our best to accurately represent product colors, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.
